Inductance factory JengShi released the latest sealed molded power inductor SMPI/SMHPI series, the purpose is to meet the high current density and high temperature requirements in various applications.

These AEC-Q200 qualified inductors feature metal alloy powder cores and carbonyl iron powder hermetically sealed structures that provide low radiation and low buzzer noise even in the -55~+155°C operating temperature range.

These features make them ideal for electromagnetic interference (EMI) filtering and power management solutions in consumer, industrial and networked electronics applications that require higher performance.

(JengShi) The new inductors offer low DC resistance, and their uniquely formulated metal alloy powder cores and molded construction deliver high saturation currents of 7~110A in the 0.1~10μH inductance range, enhancing their low loss characteristics. In addition, the high temperature grade material used by JengShi, with 50VDC rating and high current rating up to 34A, provides excellent inductor temperature stability even over a wide range of operating temperatures.

The JengShi SMPI/SMHPI hermetic molded power inductor series is now available, all of which are RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
